Kindred Spirits by Ashford B. Durand |
Kindred spirits are the joining of two people with like interests--whether it be through a life experience, or through something they share in common.
People who share the same desires to write and publish their novel are kindred in spirit.
Writers and readers are like kindred spirits, as peanut butter is to jam, or bread is to butter. Mmm, now I'm getting hungry.
Even though our writing differs in style or topic, we all have the same desire to write.
Writing is to a writer like the air to breathe is to a human, and to an author is like the words on the pages of their novels.
A writer/author seeks people of like interests in order to learn and grow and share.
Like the thoughts to our minds, or the words printed on paper, (eBooks too) so are the kindred spirits of our blogs.
Happy Blogging.

- Almost the highest bliss of human-kind,

- When to thy haunts two kindred spirits flee.

Elise: Thanks for your comment. I truly believe we are kindred spirits.
Hi Jarm: Thank you. Happy A to Z! I'm barely keeping up this week. It's really been a stressful week for me. Buying a home and getting paperwork together, and signing your life away. Plus I went out of town for two days.
I'm exhausted.
The "L" is going to be easy and silly.
