BRING IT TO THE TABLE 16

During the past 48 hours, I was asked to send a copy of my manuscript to a publishing company to read, and was told they only accept 3% a year of manuscripts.  Excited as I am, I further investigated and am still not sure what to think.  Has anyone got any information or experience with Tate Publishing?  Or, does anyone know what type of company they are?  Are they successful with getting your book on the market?  Etc.
