Tagged and Tagged Again!

I've been tagged by Traci Kenworth and Brenda Braaten.

Traci's questions are:

1. Daymare or Nightmare?
Nightmare.  I dream at night when I sleep.  This is where most of my ideas begin for my novels.
2. How many books/short stories/poems/songs etc. have you written?
One book so far.WIP for a series of three. Almost finished second.
3. What genre is your current wip?
Paranormal Romance for YA.  Novel is making its debut now.  The Veil by KS Collier.
4. Do you have someone in your live who keeps you on track with your stories? Give them a shout out!
I do. A shout out to my husband, Bob, who encourages me daily to finish so he can read on. (hehehe)
5. Do you write what you know, or stretch your imagination, or both?
Both.  It takes a lot of research to stretch the imagination, but it is so worth the time.
6. Who would you like to see on a coin/money?
Harry Potter. He has earned it.
7. What’s your favorite place to write and why?
I have a desk in by a window that overlooks the pool and dock.  Great view allows me to drift inside my story.

8. What would you describe your “Voice” like? I.E. Southern gothic…
Southern mix. Grannie was an English teacher who corrected her daughter who corrected me and my friends(hehehe).
9. Do you mix genres? Which ones?
Paranormal Romance are two I am working with for now.

10. If you could move anywhere in the world where would it be?
Where I am now, Gulf Breeze, Florida.
11. What book (craft or otherwise) have you learned the most from?P
Make A Scene, Crafting One Scene At A Time, by Jordan E. Rosenfeld (great book) there are so many others, but I don't have time to mention them all.
Brenda Braaten's Questions:


As for my 11 questions:
1. Coffee or tea?
Neither.  I like Koolaid or caffeine free coke.

2. What was the first story you can remember writing?
Don't recall. One of my favorites is about my most embarrassing moment.

3. What TV show, video game, movie would you recommend to other writers?
I loved the Tombraider games; the Harry Potter Series, and the Twilight Series.

4. What time of day are you most productive?
Late night when no one will disturb me.

5. Green or black olives?
Green for sure.

6. What was your first car?
Plymouth Convertible,

7. What is your guilty pleasure?
Hot chocolate when taking a walk on the beach on cold wintery night.

8. Are you a fan of footie pajamas?
No, I like one foot out of the covers at night to balance my temperature.  I'm a barefoot person.

9. What's something you didn't think you'd like that you did/do?
Man, you're really making me think. When I tried raw oysters for the first time, and fell in love with them.Same goes for Sushi, and now I'm hooked.

10. Favorite salad dressing?
Red wine vinegarette.

11. What is your most embarrassing nickname? (Or, just any nickname. You don't have to give an embarrassing one.)
Don't have an embarrassing one, but my husband calls me Kat.
